While working as an intern, I developed this PDF to encourage employees to take advantage of online courses purchased at a significant cost to Forest City. Streamlining the information at hand, this portal was created, allowing users to quickly see the entirety of courses purchased (a problem, as the host site had no filters in place to reduce the visibility of courses employees could not access).

Every page of course offerings shows courses by subject on the left; links provide users with quick access to subjects they’re interested in. Each course listed is accompanied by a link to its description as well as a link to directly launch the online course; the PDF serves as the only front-end needed by associates.

User enrollment in courses increased by 150% after the PDF’s distribution.
